Planned Power Outages Hit Three Skopje Municipalities
Grid maintenance work affects parts of Čair, Gjorče Petrov and Centar today, the distribution operator announced.
Parts of Skopje's Čair, Gjorče Petrov and Centar municipalities remain without electricity today due to planned work on the low-voltage grid, the distribution system operator announced.
Such planned power outages are routine practice during maintenance and upgrades to network infrastructure, with operators typically notifying affected residents in advance of the exact duration and scope of the interruption.
Advice for Affected Households
Residents in the affected parts of the three municipalities are advised to prepare in advance for the period without power, particularly households more dependent on electricity for daily activities. Such interventions, while temporarily inconvenient, contribute to a more stable and reliable power grid in the long run.
The operator confirmed power will be restored as soon as the planned work is completed, in line with the announced schedule.
