Parts of the music video "Sexy Mama" by Kosovar rapper Don Xhoni were filmed at the "Makedonium" monument in Krushevo, a site dedicated to the Ilinden Uprising and ASNOM, after the location was rented out for around €500. This isn't the first case of commercial renting of the monument — a recent report also described a citizen requesting to rent the site for a birthday celebration, cake included, for the same €500 fee. Local authorities in Krushevo have not yet issued an official response to this specific case involving the music video, and it remains unclear to the public who decides on renting out the monument, under what conditions, and at what price.
