Siljanovska-Davkova in Salzburg: "Is Europe (Still) a Global Player?"
The president is attending the 22nd European Summit of the Institute of the Regions of Europe, focused on security, competitiveness and EU enlargement.
President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova is attending the 22nd European Summit in Salzburg, an annual gathering organized by the Institute of the Regions of Europe, bringing together leading politicians, diplomats and business leaders from across the continent.
This year's summit, themed "Europe — A Sovereign Global Player?", focuses on continental security, economic competitiveness, demographic change and EU enlargement. Siljanovska-Davkova spoke at a session titled "Is Europe (Still) a Global Player?" and met with the president of the Institute of the Regions of Europe.
During her visit, the president also visited the Macedonian Orthodox church of "St. Archangel Michael" in the Austrian town of Hallein, where she connected with members of the local Macedonian diaspora.
