267,000 Registered E-Services Users — But Only 32% of Citizens Have Ever Used E-Government
m.Uslugi, the flagship app, is still being tested — public launch expected by late October.
Registered users of the national e-services portal grew from 110,000 in 2024 to 267,000 today, and the monthly number of issued services from 1,354 to 13,445, Digital Transformation Minister Stefan Andonovski said. Still, only 32.32 percent of citizens have ever used an e-government service at all — below the EU average.
The flagship project "m.Uslugi," a mobile app meant to give citizens their ID card, driver's licence and other documents directly on their phone, is not yet in public use. A demo version was unveiled a year ago, tested by several thousand citizens since, who submitted over 200 pieces of feedback. Public launch is expected by late October.
Seventeen "One-Stop-Shop" offices have also opened, through which the number of issued services grew from about 1,300 in 2025 to over 13,000 this year. The number of offices is planned to exceed 20 by year's end.
The growth figures for registered users and issued services are real and verifiable. But "how many citizens actually use them" remains a two-sided question: on one hand, the whole system still covers only about a third of the population; on the other, the key new product — m.Uslugi — is still being tested, not yet in use.
