Free Flu Vaccine: Who Can Register on vakcinacija.mk and What Happens After the Text Message
Since October 14, registration is open for free seasonal flu vaccination for risk groups: people over 65, chronic patients, health workers, pregnant women and children aged 6 months to 5 years.
The Ministry of Health announced that citizens from risk groups can register for free seasonal flu vaccination: people over 65, chronic patients, health workers, pregnant women and children aged 6 months to 5 years. The form is filled in at vakcinacija.mk/mk/registration-flu and goes directly into the “Moj Termin” (My Appointment) system.
A vaccination point is chosen during registration. Then, according to the schedule in the vaccination plan, registrants receive a text message with the exact date and time to come to the point they chose. The vaccination is free of charge.
What the article we checked does not say: exactly when vaccination starts, how many doses there are and which points exist in each city. For further questions about risk-group status, the safest route is to ask your family doctor or the Institute of Public Health.
