Ohrid in the return leg beat Turkey's Spor Toto 38:22 in Ohrid, so the aggregate is 74:46, after winning the first leg 36:24. The most effective were Ivanovski and Ǵukić with 6 goals each.
Alkaloid in the return leg beat Austria's Ferlach 32:18 away and 63:40 on aggregate. The best scorer was Nikola Kosteski with 7 goals. Alkaloid's first leg in Skopje ended 31:22.
What follows? The draw for the third round is on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 11:00. Ohrid is in the first pot, as defending champion. Possible rivals, according to 24 Rakomet, are Považska Bystrica, AEK Athens, Lovćen, Dubočica Leskovac, Slovenj Gradec, Potaissa Turda, Gorenje Velenje, Sloga Doboj and Sassari.
