Father and Son Killed Near Miladinovci; Daughter Badly Hurt. The Other Driver Is 19
The two cars collided around 2 a.m. on the Ilinden–Miladinovci road, near Skopje Airport.
Around 2 a.m. on the Ilinden–Miladinovci road, near the Brest police base on the grounds of Skopje Airport, two vehicles collided. A father and his 18-year-old son were killed. An 18-year-old daughter was seriously injured. Police accounts carried by local media said an Opel Corsa driven by a 19-year-old from Kumanovo struck their car head-on.
The same night there were two serious crashes on Macedonian roads. MRT put the combined toll at three dead and six injured. The second crash is thinner in the public reports, so the two are not written here as one event.
The road is not a back lane. Ilinden–Miladinovci feeds the airport, with night traffic leaving the city. A head-on crash in that belt, with two children in one car, is grave before any extra finding.
What is known, and what is not
Police have the file. Until an official note, there is no public line on alcohol, speed or overtaking. Names of the dead are not in every bulletin. It is not confirmed whether the 19-year-old is in detention or under which charge.
Early hours often fill with social-media versions. Those stay out of this text until Skopje police or prosecutors say them.
What remains open
A family lost a father and a son in one night. The daughter is in hospital. The airport road is unchanged. Next are the official bulletin, the injured and the charge against the driver. Until then the cause is not written as fact.
