Ibraimi Scored From a Free Kick, but Shkendija Only Drew 2–2 at Arsimi in Gostivar

First-league leaders Shkendija led 0–2 away at Arsimi in Gostivar and missed two clear chances for a third. The hosts came back to finish 2–2. Contreras scored twice for Arsimi. Besart Ibraimi hit a free kick for the visitors — a strike home reports called spectacular.

Shkendija arrived in Gostivar after a loss to Tikvesh and wanted a quick answer. They led comfortably, then switched off. Arsimi took a point that, this season, is worth more to them than a draw with mid-table.

For the title race the result is a warning in Tetovo: a lead in the table does not keep itself. For Gostivar it is proof Arsimi can punish a favourite that stops.
